Anritsu Corporation announces a new PCI Express® Gen 7.0 (PCIe® Gen 7.0) receiver test solution for the Signal Quality Analyzer-R MP1900A, compliant with the Base Specification and supporting next-generation high-speed interfaces with transmission rates up to 128 GT/s.
This solution generates stressed test signals with added noise and jitter, as well as automates both test signal calibration and jitter tolerance measurement using real-time oscilloscopes from partner companies. These functions significantly reduce engineers’ workloads caused by increasingly complex test conditions, while facilitating signal quality evaluation meeting compliance requirements right from the first design stages.
By expanding its product functionality and participating in standardization activities, Anritsu supports PCI-SIG® certification compliance tests, helping to improve the quality evaluation and design efficiency of PCIe-enabled devices.
PCIe 7.0 receiver testing with Signal Quality Analyzer-R MP1900A
The MP1900A is a high-performance Bit Error Rate Tester (BERT) that supports receiver tests for a wide range of high-speed interfaces, including PCIe, USB, Thunderbolt, DisplayPort, and 800 GbE. It provides a stable test environment with high-quality waveform output, featuring low intrinsic random jitter and high SNDR.
This PCIe 7.0 receiver test solution supports compliance testing by generating test patterns using 128 GT/s PAM4 signals, as well as automating both test signal calibration and jitter tolerance measurement functions.
