At this year’s Schweisstec & Blechexpo exhibition, which takes place in Stuttgart form the 5th to 8th of November, Panasonic Industry Europe is showcasing its wide range of solutions. The Panasonic Robot & Welding department exhibits the entire range of products stemming from the fields of robotics and robot-automated welding at the Panasonic Industry booth 7309 in Hall 7. Furthermore the visitors will be informed about the extensive product range of the Panasonic Systems & Solutions department like safety sensors, innovative laser marking systems and more solutions for nearly any industrial application.

Peer Schumacher, Department Head at Robot & Welding, states: “For more than 60 years we have been in the welding market and we are very familiar with our customer requirements. With our robotic and welding solutions we are constantly developing new products to improve our customers production processes. We are very happy to launch the new LA1800 G3 multi-purpose mid-range robot that can be used as a handling robot or as a welding robot. It features a very high movement speed for the load segment up to 26 kg of load capacity and we are sure that this is a great product for customers all over Europe.”

LA1800G3 multi-purpose robot
Panasonic Robot & Welding launches the new six axis articulated multi-purpose robot LA1800G3. It features a working range of up to 1,8m and a very high movement speed of 370°/s in the load segment up to 26kg of load capacity. The innovative G3 control also allows for cooperative operation with the welding robots of the Panasonic TM / TL-G3 series. The LA1800G3 can be used as a handling robot for various applications like transport, assembly or processing work but also for robotic welding.

New cell concept with TS950
At the Schweisstec we showcase the latest development of our TS950 automotive cell, which is one of the fastest welding solution for the automotive industry. The welding process with the TS950 also minimizes overall spatter for more accurate welding results and its compact design reduces the occupied floor space within the factory.

TM1800 WGHIII SAWP HP (High Power)
With the Super Active TAWERS HP Panasonic Robots & Welding displays a relaunch in terms of welding processes. The latest development of the TM1800 WGHIII features high-speed welding in the mid-range thickness sheet metal segment.

TM1400WGIII TIG HF Auto Extension
Optimized welding quality is the core of the TM1400WGIII TIG HF AE (Auto Extension): the automated, high-speed TIG welding system with HF ignition and auto extension function monitors the arc length and keeps it constant. The result is a perfect weld.

TM1400WGIII SAWP
The TM1400GIII SAWP highlights a versatile six-axis articulated robot with a payload of 6 kg. This configuration features an integrated welding power source for high speed welding and ultra-low spatter.

Lasermeasurement
Panasonic Industry’s high-quality laser sensors like the HG-C or HL-G1 series provide high-speed and accurate measurement of surfaces down to 0,01μm. With the integrated IO-Link interface the sensors are ready for Industry 4.0 applications.

Sensors, Safety Solutions
A wide variety of Factory Automation sensors including, area, color mark and photoelectric sensors as well as safety light curtains will be shown at the Panasonic Industry booth.

Lasermarking Workstation LC-3000
Panasonic Industry Europe will showcase the LC-3000 – a turnkey and custom-fit workstation for manual operation in laser protection class 1. The features also include a laser head controllable in the X- and Z-directions as well as workpiece positioning in the Y-direction.
