BMZ Group, a global specialist in lithium-ion batteries, is pleased to announce that its Mainhausen-based subsidiary VISATRONIC GmbH, acquired in March 2023, is looking forward to a major expansion of production capacity.
In view of the excellent order situation, VISATRONIC GmbH, a globally active manufacturer of electronic flat modules, has submitted plans for expansion, which the BMZ Group as investor fully endorses and supports. These plans include renting an additional floor within the building where the company is currently located. This will increase the production area by 800 m². In addition VISATRONIC plans an investment of nearly four million Euros in the corresponding production facilities, as well as an increase in the workforce by 25%, to a total of almost 100 employees. Mainly employees in the production department (who are willing to work shifts) will be hired. VISATRONIC GmbH is mainly looking for employees with an electrical engineering background. In addition, the team of the technical work preparation is to grow. Occasionally there are further vacancies in various administrative areas. VISATRONIC GmbH is taking these steps to make its highly flexible production, which can be adapted to customer requirements, also ready for the increasingly requested production of larger volumes. The aforementioned steps enable VISATRONIC GmbH to grow organically in the short term, up to doubling production capacities and sales volumes.
