Mouser Electronics, Inc., the authorized global distributor with the newest electronic components and industrial automation products, is now shipping the new ZED-X20P all-band high precision GNSS module from u-blox. The ZED-X20P module integrates all-band GNSS with signal modernization and innovative positioning algorithms for industrial, guidance, agricultural, unmanned autonomous vehicles (UAVs), robotics, and auto-steering applications.

All-band GNSS platform with centimeter-level accuracy and global coverage

The u-blox ZED-X20P module, available from Mouser, is the first to be based on the u-blox X20 GNSS platform, supporting all GNSS constellations and frequencies. Whether in urban environments or remote locations, this receiver ensures consistent, high-precision positioning with centimeter-level accuracy and advanced capabilities, including real-time kinematics (RTK) and precise point positioning (PPP) technologies with real-time kinematics (PPP-RTK). It can process signals from GPS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, and NavIC constellations across all GNSS bands, including the L-band, in a compact, energy-efficient form factor. When paired with the u-blox ANN-MB2 antenna, the ZED-X20P module delivers pristine raw data featuring minimal cycle slips and exceptionally low noise, in carrier range and pseudo-range measurements.

Advanced security, correction services, and easy system integration

The ZED-X20P also protects system integrity with multi-layered defenses, including a root of trust, jamming/spoofing detection, cryptographic authentication of navigation messages through Galileo OSNMA, and additional security measures. High-value, application-specific features, such as a moving baseline, are also available. The receiver enables easy integration by natively supporting a range of correction services, including standard RTCM corrections for virtual reference stations (VRS) in a network RTK or a local base station setup. SPARTN-format SSR correction service broadcasts are also supported for mass-market applications, and direct reception of PPP global services simplifies deployments.
