Pickering Interfaces, the leading supplier of modular signal switching and simulation solutions for use in electronic test and verification, was recently presented with a Queen’s Award for Outstanding Short Term Growth in overseas sales over the last three years.
Receiving the award from HM Lord Lieutenant, Mrs. Jennifer Tolhurst, Pickering CEO, Keith Moore commented: “Pickering is a family-run business and we are honoured to have won such a prestigious award. Our aim is to support customers in hi-tech industries by providing highly-reliable solutions for their specific problems, rather than selling them a ‘catalogue part’. Also attending the presentation were Councilor John Jowers, Chairman of Essex County Council, all employees of Pickering Interfaces UK and invited guests from Pickering Electronics and Pickering Interfaces CZ. Pickering Interfaces exports 95% of its production; 40% to North America, 35% to Europe and 20% to Asia and has seen sales growth of 25% on average per year during each of the past three years.
