This connector system combines power, ground circuit, and high-speed data connectivity in a single connector system. The MX-DaSH series supports the transition to zonal architecture in automotive and commercial applications, including autonomous driving modules, computing modules, high-speed cable networking, sensor-device connectivity, high-resolution 4k displays, GPS devices, and infotainment systems.
Features
The Molex MX-DaSH wire-to-wire connector system, now available at Mouser, is a unified solution for compact connectivity in electronic control unit (ECU) controllers and computers. The connector system replaces multiple traditional connectors in in-vehicle applications, saving space and reducing the cost and complexity of wiring harnesses. The MX-DaSH series offers configurations to support different power and signal terminal sizes, including 1.20mm, 1.50mm, and 2.80mm, suitable for a wide range of vehicle designs and applications.
This device offers up to 31 circuits with high-speed FAKRA Mini (HFM®) modules for high-speed data transmission. The MX-DaSH connectors operate reliably in harsh environments and provide secure mating via industry-leading independent secondary lock (ISL), pin protection plate (PPP), and blade protections. Automated assembly reduces cycle times, prevents errors, and improves overall manufacturing process efficiency.
