Micrium, represented in Germany by Embedded Office GmbH & Co. KG, Wangen, announces the release of µC/Probe, Graphical Live Watch™ v3.2. µC/Probe is a Windows-based

application that allows engineers to graphically visualize and change the behavior of embedded systems at run-time. µC/Probe can read from and write to the memory (or I/O) of just about any embedded processor during run-time, and represent those values as a graphical objects: gauges, meters, numeric indicators, LEDs, sliders, graphs, and many more.
“We added exciting new features, including a Microsoft Excel interface allowing additional computation to be performed on live data and to further display the data graphically using Excel’s built-in charting tool, the ability to write scripts to configure your target, and a terminal window that can use a wide range of communication interfaces including the recent addition of USB”, said Jean Labrosse, Micrium founder, president and CEO. “µC/Probe should be thought of as your go-to tool that replaces ‘printf()’ and brings your debug/test environment into the twenty first century.”
µC/Probe is a tool that a great number of embedded developers have and use on a daily basis. You can now select the licensing model and features that best fit your needs and budget through the following licensing models: Educational/Evaluation (free), Basic, and Professional.
