The ZESTRON® EYE is an automated alternative to manually measuring cleaner concentration in electronics cleaning applications. The precise, real-time measuring system easily integrates into all common cleaning machines including automatic dosing systems. It is effective with both freshly prepared and loaded cleaning baths, which reduces measurement errors that can occur with manual measuring methods.
The in-line, automatic readings reduce operator effort and time to measurement. Process data is stored in the accompanying controller, allowing traceability of the measured parameters. The easy-to-use ZESTRON® EYE measurement system can be integrated with existing interfaces in Industry 4.0 applications, and reliably monitors several hundred cleaning processes worldwide.
