Intel® Alder Lake, Raptor Lake and Raptor Lake Refresh processor generations can be operated on the newly introduced PICMG1.3 slot CPU card PCIE-RPL from ICP Germany. Equipped with the Q670E chipset, the PCIE-RPL supports all Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7/i9, Pentium®, or Celeron® CPUs with up to 65 watts TDP. Two 288-pin DDR5 SDRAM sockets can accommodate a maximum of 96GB RAM with a clock rate of up to 5200MHz. For mass storage, the PCIE-RPL has four SATA interfaces, which support the RAID configurations RAID 0/1/5/10, as well as an M.2 2242/2280 (NGFF) M key slot for NVME x4 SSDs.
Monitors can be operated on an HDMI port or via the two internal DP interfaces with a resolution of up to 4K. Furthermore, two LAN ports with Intel i226 2.5GbE controllers, seven USB 3.2, four USB 2.0 ports as well as two RS 232/422/485 and two RS-232 interfaces are available for connecting peripheral devices. Audio and a hardware TPM module can be installed as an option. Numerous backplanes are available for plug-in cards to provide PCIe x16, x8, x4 or x1 slots and PCI slots for plug-in cards. The slot CPU card can be used at temperatures of -10~60 °C. ICP Germany can also supply the PCIE-RPL pre-configured with the appropriate CPU and memory or in a suitable 19” or midi tower housing as a ready-to-use system.
