The new AEC-Q200 qualified ECQUA (Class X2) series (Metallized Polypropylene Film Capacitors) from Panasonic Industry Europe benefits from Panasonic’s original in-house patterned metallization process with fuse mechanism function. This unique technology achieves a very stable capacitance level over the capacitor lifetime and therefore guarantees a high reliability of the application.
This series features an operating temperature range of -40°C up to +110°C, a rated voltage of 275V.AC, and a nominal capacitance range of 0.10µF up to 4.7µF. A flame-retardant plastic case and non-combustible resin are utilized.
ECQUA series capacitors offer a guaranteed high humidity resistance (THB test: 85°C, 85%, 240V.AC, 1000 hours) and high thermal shock resistance (-40°C ⇔ 85°C, 1000 cycles). The products are accredited in accordance with UL/CSA and European safety regulation class X2 and are fully RoHS compliant.
