  ST’s STO67N60x MDmesh devices are Zener-protected and 100% avalanche tested N-channel power MOSFETs suited for switching applications.

• XP Power DRC AC-DC Power Supplies
  XP Power DRC series devices are compact, lightweight, DIN rail AC-DC power supplies with UL62368-1 and EN62368-1 approvals and Class B emission compliance.
