Remote maintenance and monitoring for OT or IT network devices: ICP Germany offers a remote management solution for various applications with the iRM-TSi Mini Server from IEIxQNAP. The iRM-TSi Mini Server consists of an industrial NAS system developed by IEIxQNAP and a customized operating system that includes remote management software.
The client software of the iRM-TSi can be easily installed on the client systems to be monitored and transfers numerous data to the mini server upon request. PC systems from Windows 7 32bit to Windows 11 64bit or Windows Server 2022, from Ubuntu 16.04 to Ubuntu 22.04, from Debian 8 to Debian 11, and CentOS7 can be integrated and provide data for evaluation via the client software. Vital metrics such as performance data, storage data, status data, and usage data can be visually displayed on dashboards. Seamless monitoring of all devices, central management, and configurable alerts are just a small part of the software. Scalable license packages are available to flexibly adjust the number of devices.
The hardware of the iRM-TSi itself consists of an embedded PC that offers four drive bays for 2.5” storage media. By default, two industrial SSDs with 512GB each in a RAID1 configuration are pre-installed. The iRM-TSi is equipped with an Intel® Atom® x6425E CPU, which, with its four cores, provides sufficient power to process data from up to 300 systems. The system also includes 8GB of RAM and two 10GbE network interfaces as standard.
The iRM-TSi offers an HDMI port and a USB port and can be used as a traditional workstation. All data is available through the internal web server. The iRM-TSi embedded system can be operated with 9 to 36VDC in a temperature range of -40 °C to 70 °C. ICP Germany supplies the system with additional storage media upon request.
