Improved beam quality: Product range of green and blue laser diodes from ams OSRAM at Rutronik

Rutronik expands its opto product portfolio with green and blue laser diodes in Metal Can TO38 and Metal Can TO56 packages from ams OSRAM. They impress with their improved beam quality and tighter electro-optical tolerances. The laser diodes are available with power levels from 10 mW to 100 mW.  The flexibility of two different housing options and the different optical power levels (10 mW, 20 mW, 30 mW, 50 mW and 100 mW) provide developers with the best option for the planned application.
