Panel PCs’ area of application range from HMI applications through building automation to factory automation. What connects these applications is the need to visualize data from machines, buildings or facilities and to accept operator inputs. The new AFL3-W22C-ULT3 from ICP Deutschland can do both – thanks to its high-resolution display and its application-specific expandability.
The advantages are obvious: A 21.5″ large multi-touch display with Full HD resolution in appealing design and IP64 protected front that enables intuitive operation. The performance of the AFL3-W22C-ULT3 is ensured by an Intel® Core® i5 or Celeron® ULT processor and sufficient RAM of max. 32GB DDR4. The voltage input of 9V ~ 30VDC at temperatures between -20°C and + 50°C underpins the semi-industrial character of the touch panel. The storage capacity of the Panel PC can be customized via various mass storage ports such as a 2.5″ SATA 3Gb/s HDD drive bay, a mSATA and a M.2 slot. Using proven interfaces such as USB 3.0, HDMI, COM and GbE LAN, input devices can be connected without further ado. The modular I/O interface “E-Window” also offers the option of flexibly responding to different application requirements by means of additional expansion modules such as GbE LAN and 3G. Alternatively, a 15” and 19” model of the AFL3 can be chosen. As a Ready-to-Use system, the AFL3-ULT3 series comes pre-configured by ICP with matching memory modules, operating system and accessories.
