Mouser and Amphenol Co-Host New Webinar on Interconnects for Intelligent Process Automation Systems

Mouser Electronics, Inc., the authorised global distributor with the newest semiconductors and electronic components, is collaborating with global interconnect leader Amphenol on a new edition of its ongoing series of informative webinars, streaming live at 4 p.m. CET on 30 June 2022.

The free webinar, titled ‘Industry 4.0 and the Next Generation of Interconnects’, will focus on how factory and industrial process automation systems are rapidly evolving and the interconnect-related implications of this growth. Amphenol Communications Solutions’ Product Marketing Director Peter Swift will draw on four decades of relevant experience to present the webinar.

The continuing rollout of industrial Ethernet is enabling coherent, end-to-end networking infrastructures that avoid the need to convert all the different legacy fieldbus protocols. This in turn reduces hardware costs and eliminates the lag previously found in real-time system performance.
