Joe Booth, Altus CEO said: “Essemtec is a welcome addition to our portfolio and we are extremely pleased to have been selected to support them with their UK and Ireland customer base.

“Essemtec has reinvented themselves in the recent years, developing a top of the range dispensing and pick and place platform for high mix low volume production. We are particularly eager to introduce their solder paste jetting solution as well as the all-in-one assembly system as these systems can hugely increase and improve production processes.

“Capable of solder jetting, glue dispensing and pick and place in a single unit, the all-in-one system is an ideal solution for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and high mix production environments. Alongside these offerings, they also have European built software to go alongside their assembly and component management systems, to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

“Importantly Essemtec’s range of equipment has been specifically designed to provide flexible solutions to satisfy modern SMT productions by improving assembly processes, quality and increase volume in a cost-effective way.”
