3.5″ CPU board with Intel® ULV processors

The 3.5″ PD11KS board from ICP Germany offers system integrators a choice of eight Intel Skylake and Kaby Lake processors. Two Intel® CeleronTM as low-cost entry-level models, two Core i3 and two Core i5 for the mid-range range and two high-end models with Core i7. A maximum of 32GB DDR4 memory can be installed in the two SO-DIMM sockets. The integrated Intel HD graphics provide a resolution of up to 4K (4096×2160) on the HDMI, the display port and the optionally available embedded display port as well as Full HD (1920×1200) on the LVDS port. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one SATA 6GB/s, four USB3.0, two USB 2.0 and three serial RS232 interfaces and one RS232/422/485 interface are available for communication with external devices. The board also features a MiAPI connector with ten programmable digital GPIOs and audio connections. For expansion the PD11KS is equipped with a Mini-PCI Express as well as a M.2 2230 slot. The 3.5″ board is designed for a temperature range from 0°C to 60 °C and a voltage range from 8 to 24 VDC. Upon customer request, ICP Deutschland can supply the board pre-assembled with the appropriate operating system and industrial memory as a ready-to-use system.
